Report Name: First Transactions Cycle Time

Report Description:

In most cases, here you can find out how long it took your visitors to get converted into customers, i.e., how much time passed from the first visit to a transaction. According to the screenshot, most transactions (456) were completed on the day of the first visit.

The report shows what time periods after the first visit were enough for the majority of your visitors to complete transactions. The cycle time may be specific to your business or marketing, so if the patterns are different from what you expect, you must think of a more careful analysis of the reasons.

Available Report Periods:

Day, week, month, year

Available Report Modifiers:

Switch from Amount to % to get the ratios.

Available Charts:

Pie and bar chart for the period summary.

Available Values:

Orders, any of the transactions that you’ve set up and All transactions. To change the report, select a transaction name on the drop-down menu.
