Report Name: Transactions

Report Description:

Here, you can find the full account of transactions completed for the selected period of time. According to the screenshot, the latest transaction was completed on January 1 at 2:15:43 a.m. You also will see the transaction name (“Orders” in our case), visitor’s proxy address and transaction amount ($14.14 in our case). If you have multiple products and integrated the HitLens order reporting with your payment processor, you also will have the transaction ID.

The report just lists transactions with the later ones at the top. If you are interested in details of a specific transaction, you can find it in this report. To view the details, you should drill down by clicking on the transaction name.

Drill-down Report Description:

The drill-down report gives details of a specific transaction. You can find your customer’s proxy address and country, the information that will help you understand how long it has taken to convert this visitor to a customer, who referred this customer to your web site, etc.
