Report Description:

You can find the value of a transaction per ad campaign. According to the screenshot, “AdSense,” with a budget of $50.00, generated four transactions during the selected period of time. The cost of transaction is $12.50. The most effective ad campaign is “tell_friends.” With the same budget of 50.00, it has brought 28 orders; as a result, the cost per order is $1.79.
Unlike the cost of visit that gives you mostly general analysis, this report makes it possible for you to see your spending on a targeted action. It is important to know the particular cost of your targeted action—the conversion from visits to the transactions may be low, which is why the low cost of a visit does not mean success if few visits are converted to orders. Cost of transaction is a good indicator of efficiency of your ad campaigns.
