Report Name: Activity

Report Description:

This report helps you evaluate the activity of visitors who completed transactions. According to the screenshot, on January, 1 the demo site generated 13 orders. This is lower than the average (14) and the maximum (19) previous 3 months values.

The report shows the number of transactions completed by your visitors grouped by day, week or month, depending on a selected time period. You can change the report modifier to get the conversion and/or drill down to get a detailed info for a shorter time period. Analysis of this information can help you not only understand your business dynamics, but also see the time when your customers are most active.

Available Report Periods:

Day, week, month, year

Available Report Modifiers:

Switch from Amount to Conversion to get the ratios. All transaction numbers are divided by the visits sum total, so here you find the transaction to visits ratios.

Available Charts:

Pie and bar chart for the period summary.

Available Values:

Orders, any of the transactions that you set up and All transactions. To change the report, select a transaction name from the drop-down menu.

Available Drill-down Report:

Drill-down Report Description:

The drill-down report gives the number of orders (or any of the transactions you set up) by a shorter period of time (per day for a monthly report on the above screenshot). The current number of orders is compared to the average and maximum amounts.
